Customers Fault Description : Remote works OK on 'light up' and increase flow, but doesn't work on reduce flow or shut down.
This remote and receiver arrived safely and was found to be faulty on the "decrease" button, the remote showed signs of illumination but was not sending the required signal when the bottom button was pressed.
This was the common fault caused by a dysfunctional crystal.
This was replaced and full functionality has been restored (see testing video)
