Customers Fault Description : remote gets stuck on and the metal strip behind the batteries is missing. I have put a piece of coke can there as a temporary job
This remote arrived and the initial fault of "sticking on" was not found, this was most likely due to a temporary shortage due to storage in damp / cold conditions.
The battery terminal was replaced and full functionality was tested (see video below)
