Customers Fault Description : The fire's manual controls work fine. The batteries have been replaced in the remotes and the receiver. remote activates the receiver but only when placed alongside it
This remote arrived in a job lot of 2 remotes and 1 receiver (a seperate jobsheet / refno has been created for the 2nd remote)
This handset was only transmitting when very close to the receiver, the fault was found to be a faulty Ultrasonic transmitter, this was replaced and full functionality was restored (See testing video - Remote Labeled "1")
