Customers Fault Description : Smaller button to press when turning fire on is stuck down and therefore fire will not turn on
This Fire remote control arrived safely and the bottom button activator (the smaller of all buttons) was found to be stuck down causing the remote to be inoperable when trying to increase the fires flame.
This was due to a foreign liquid / sticky substance being coated around the button system. This was remedies by soaking the button itself in alcohol and also swab cleaning around the fitting to remove all traces of the substance.
