Logitech Harmony 1100 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Battery charges ok but remote seems dead apart from occasional screen flashes.
This harmony remote arrived safely and was found to be dead.
Upon first inspection it was found that the battery terminals were bent such a way that they were not making a full contact with the battery.
The terminals were reworked and full functionality was restored (See testing video)
It is advised to take care when re-inserting the battery to prevent further problems.
