Customers Fault Description : not working

 

This remote control arrived well packaged, upon opening the parcel the remote was found to be partially open and missing its back as well as having signs of breakage and gluing.

 

When the remote was opened the fault was clear, there was massive amounts of damage internal which had been attempted to be repaired, the damage was on the PCB and also on the keypads (see images below).  The extent of this damage has rendered this remote beyond repair.

No service charge is required for looking at the remote and only the return fee is required if the remote is to be returned as per our T&Cs
