Customers Fault Description : Battery connection within unit broken. I've discussed this with you and a new battery holder/connector required
This Mertik Maxitrol remote arrived safely and the battery terminal was broken, the negative lead being totally attached.
This was replaced with a new terminal and then tested for functionality.
Full functionality was restored (See testing Video)
