Customers Fault Description : Works OK on flame down selection. Does not work on flame up/ignite. LED indication on transmitter and receiver OK on down. No LED indication on receiver up selection OK on transmitter.
This remote and receiver arrived safely and initial test revealed that the receiver was working on both channels but the handset itself was not functioning on one of the channels.
The fault was due to a faulty 40.5khz crystal, this was replaced and full functionality was restored.
