Kalirel Cyclope Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Remote stopped working after battery failure. Wont switch on despite new batteries

 

This Cyclope remote control arrived safely and first testing revealed that no display was present on the remote when a power source was present.

Upon opening the handset there were no apparent visual issues.  A power check confirmed that the main board was indeed getting its full power and the main processors were being powered.

An attempt to get a circuit schematic was carried out but sadly no information regarding the processors could be obtained therefore this job has been classed as beyond repair due to lack of service information.

 This remote has been disposed of as per our terms and conditions 22-04-2016
