Customers Fault Description : only one button working and the head foot working intgermittently
This Bed remote arrived safely. First inspection showed that the battery cover was missing which cannot be replaced.
When powered on the remote was functioning but was intermittent on many button presses.
The handset was opened and rubber pads cleaned and the print alcohol bathed to remove all contaminants. Also a few suspect solder joints were reworked.
Full functionality was restored.
