Customers Fault Description : Part of the inside as come apart
This Verine remote control arrived safely. On first inspection the battery cover was missing and tape was used to hold in the battery. Also inside the package was a small piece of circuit board.
The lose part was used to pad the button array. A more permanent solution was issued by modifying the button array.
