Customers Fault Description : Nothing working tried all. New batterys
This remote and receiver arrived safely. On powering the remote it was found that there was no signal at all from either button press.
This was due to a faulty ultrasonic transducer, this was replaced and partial functionality was restored.
There was intermittent acknowledgement from the bottom button, this was due to a faulty switch, this was replaced and full functionality was restored.
