Customers Fault Description : Nothing Works on remote, have tried changing the battery, sound Bar works fine using buttons on item.
This Soundbar remote control arrived safely and on adding a power source was found to be non functioning on any button press.
When the remote was opened the problem became apparent. The infra red LED situated at the top of the handset was not connected to the main PCB, this is most likely due to poor solder joints that had broken due to a knock or fall.
This IR Led was refitted and when tested again the remote was found to be fully functional.
