Customers Fault Description : One of the button not working
This remote arrived safely but unfortunately included no identification sheet with the remote nor was a return address included which meant that there was a delay before looking at this remote until the identity was claimed.
Eventually the customer managed to identify the controller and the repair was able to go ahead.
The bottom button on the handset was found to be permanently indented, this was replaced and full functionality was restored.
