Customers Fault Description : Both remotes have stopped working. I have changed batteries but with no success.
This remote arrived safely as part of a batch of 2 similar remotes. When a power source was applied there was no signal being transmitted at all. When opened there was visible signs of extreme print damage due to moisture.
This print damage was restored but the buttons were also found to be non functioning, all of the buttons were replaced and full functionality was restored.
