Customers Fault Description : top left button (off button) not working
This fire remote arrived safely and on first inspection the battery clip was found to be in bad shape. Once powered 2 of the buttons were not responding.
This was due to the buttons being Open Circuit, all 4 buttons were replaced with new ones and also the battery clip was replaced. Full functionality was restored
