Vibradorm Not communicating with bed Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The power button works correctly. The other buttons seem to work correctly too but have no effect except on the only massage area which works that is the second area (second red led) out of 5. I checked with the other remote control than I own. Everything works correctly. So, I presume it only comes from this remote control.
This Vibradorm bed remote arrived safely from France. On there wired remotes the cable is usualy the main problem, this was tested for continuity and all was ok, the controller was checked around all of the contacts which again were ok. A full component and internal continuity test was carried out but all testable components were reading within acceptable parameters. Sadly this has meant that we were unable to find a fault / cause of fault.
