Customers Fault Description : Battery contact snapped off

 

This Vibradorm bed remote arrived safely and on inspection it was confirmed that one of the battery terminals had broken off.

Rather than refit the terminal a modification was carried out to add a pp9 battery clip and cable which is far more stable.
