Customers Fault Description : No led light coming on changed batteries tried reset to electronic control unit but can hear something rattling inside the remote
This Enrico Caravan Mover remote arrived safely. On adding a power source there was no function at all.
On opening the handset it was found that one of the battery terminal wires have dislodged from its solder joint meaning the control had no power. This was re soldered and full functionality was restored
