Customers Fault Description : Fire not receiving command
This Gazco remote arrived safely and was illuminating as expected but there was no RF signal being emitted.
On opening the remote there were no immediate issues noticed and a component check revealed no problems. The display was removed to check the sub module and there was a small amount of contamination on a few of the components. This was cleaned up and an open circuit was found, this was bridged and full functionality was restored.
