Denon Rc-1127 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Volume control does not respond
This Denon controller arrived safely and was confirmed to be transmitting on all buttons except the volume controls.
When the handset was opened the issue was clear. There was a liquid contamination over the 2 buttons (see image). This liquid was cleaned off using alcohol and the rubber pads washed down, full functionality was restored.
