Customers Fault Description : Not functioning at all
This Yamaha remote control arrived safely and on first inspection it was noted that the battery cover was missing and there was signs of attempted opening due to marks located around the edges of the controller.
When a power source was added there was not functionality on any button press, when opened a continuity test was carried out and a small crack was found in the print which was causing a few of the tracks to be open circuit.
The print was reworked and full functionality was restored.
