Customers Fault Description : Remote will turn gas up with small and larger buttons pressed, but pressing the down button does not turn the gas down.
This remote arrived safely and has been found to be fully functioning, the receiver followed and was found to be faulty. This was due to faulty crystals in the receiver, these were replaced and also the US transducer was replaced in the controller. Full functionality was restored.
