Customers Fault Description : Battery can't be connected, because connectors are missing in handset.
This Vibradorm bed remote arrived safely. As the customers fault description states that there is nowhere to put batteries in due to the lack of battery terminals, this is no a fault as this is the wired version which does not require batteries. It is therefore asked that the customer contact us with more information as to what the fault is (i.e. do some buttons work and not others, is the remote totally non functioning or intermittent)
