Customers Fault Description : Certain buttons when pressed do not indicate on the display unit Enter Arrow up,down,right-DVD on-off VCR on-off Aux on-off AM Green Blue. Other buttons indicate but dont operate
This remote arrived safely. On testing some of the buttons were erratic in behaviour. On opening there was signs of a battery spillage on the PCB which had caused some corrosion.
This leakage was cleaned up and the print reworked and full functionality was restored.
