Celsii Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The battery leaked in the remote causing a contact to corrode and detach inside the remote
This fire remote arrived safely, on initial inspection it was confirmed that there was a serious battery leakage on the pcb and terminals also there was part of the terminal loose inside the controller
On opening the handset, there was a lot of excess crustated acid covering many parts of the board, this was cleaned up and the broken terminal was repaired using a soldered on cap.
Full functionality was restored.
