Customers Fault Description : Remote not responding Batteries changed still same issue
This Soundbar remote arrived safely. On adding a power source the controller was found to not be transmitting on any button press.
On opening the remote the problem was clear, the oscillator had a faulty leg which was causing an open circuit. This was resoldered and full functionality was restored.
