Customers Fault Description : my granddaughter threw the remote and the wires have come away from the battery selnoid

 

This remote arrived safely, on first inspection the battery cover was broken and held on by tape.

Once opened the battery cable was also found to be faulty, this was replaced but the buttons were "sluggish" in operation, this was due to all 4 buttons being intermittent.  All buttons were replaced and full functionality was restored.
