Customers Fault Description : Cables Faulty
These 2 Willowbrook bed remotes arrived safely along with 2 other controllers. The willowbrook controllers had very badly damaged leads, these were replaced and full functionality was restored.
The other 2 controllers were "relaxor" controls, the fault on these were apparently that certain buttons would not work. They were opened but no issue could be located, therefore there is no charge for the relaxor controls.
