Customers Fault Description : Left remote on top of fire, I realised quite quickly. However the underside has warped so the battery flap won't close. The remote is still operational but requires replacement casing. Can you help with this please? Thank you. Kind regards. Susan
This Gazco handset arrived safely and on inspection was found to be badly damaged due to melting whilst left on top of the customers fire.
The PCB itself was working as normal, therefore a replacement casing was fitted.
