Customers Fault Description : The top two buttons are totally non-responsive. Bottom 2 buttons responsive intermittently. Exactly the same remote control as job 1916-2246. Pretty much exactly the same issue.
This Verine fire remote arrived safely and as per the customers fault description the buttons were non responsive. This is due to the buttons themselves becoming faulty over time, all 4 buttons were replaced and full functionality was restored.
