Customers Fault Description : The remote controller does not turn the system on,but the system operates normally without the controller
This Bose controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be intermittent on the power buttons. When opened there was some signs of contamination on a few of the PCB keypad contacts, this was cleaned up with alcohol but then there was also a few suspect cracked joints around one of the RF coils, this was resoldered and full functionality was restored.
