Electric Fire RCS-01C Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : certain buttons do not work
This fire remote arrived safely with batteries inserted. On testing it was found to only be transmitting intermittently on 2 of the buttons and the other 2 were non functioning at all.
When opened there was a sticky residue over the button array and PCB due to a liquid spillage. This was cleaned up with alcohol and the pads washed down and full functionality was restored.
