Customers Fault Description : None of the buttons are working, and the brown batter cable has snapped
This Verine fire remote arrived safely and on initial inspection the battery cover was held on with tape.
When opened it was confirmed that the battery cable was broken a replacement was fitted. When a power source was fitted it was found that the buttons were faulty, all 4 buttons were replaced and full functionality was restored.
