Vibradorm Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Control box fault
This Vibradorm remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was working correctly but the receiver was not responding.
On testing the input voltage on the receiver it was found that the 9V was missing, this was found to be due to a faulty battery cable, a new cable was fitted and full functionality was restored.
