Customers Fault Description : discharges battery in a matter of days works ok with good battery
This fireplace controller arrived safely and on inspection was found to have contamination across a few of the pins of the main IC. This was removed and then the control was left with a battery inserted for 1 week to test for draining.
The battery suffered no loss and therefore full functionality was restored.
