Verine Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : no light on remote when fitted with new battery
This fireplace control arrived safely and on initial inspection the battery lead was loose causing no power to get to he main PCB. The battery cable was replaced but the remote still remained nonfunctional.
The problem was found to be the buttons themselves, all four had been replaced and full functionality was restored.
