Customers Fault Description : NOT WORKING AT ALL WONT TURN ON UNIT INSIDE CARAVAN WORKING OK
This Caravan mover controller arrived safely and on testing did illuminate when batteries were added but there was no response from the power button nor was their a rf signal.
This was due to a common issue whereby moisture damage causes an open circuit on the print, the print was reworked and full functionality was restored.
