Customers Fault Description : Remote worked fine until Sunday when the wire to the battery came off the connector. Have tried to solder it back on, but now not working.
This fire controller arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a faulty battery terminal. The entire cable and plug was replaced and full functionality was restored.
