Marantec Garage Door Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Remote was dropped and split open. Picked up all the pieces (I think) and have tried to put together. works sometimes but mostly NOT.
This Marantec controller arrived safely and on testing was erratic in functionality.
On opening the battery terminals were found to be poorly soldered to the main PCB causing intermittent power to the board.
The terminals were resoldered and full functionality was restored.
