Customers Fault Description : MPT garage remote sometimes works - at other times whenever a battery is inserted, the light comes on and pressing either button does not make the garage doors open. ¦¦ Verine remote has to be tipped in different directions to make light come on and for transmission to work. It does eventually work.
This garage door and fireplace remote set arrived safely and on testing the fire controller it was found that certain buttons were problematic, all buttons were replaced and full functionality was restored.
The garage door controller had the same issue whereby the buttons were problematic, replacements were ordered and fitted on arrival on the 1st august.
