Customers Fault Description : button in operative

 

This garage door controll arrived safely and on testing was found not to be transmitting a signal.

There were 2 main problems found, one was that the button itself was intermittent due to being high in resistance, this was replaced.  The RF aerial coil was dry jointed, this was resoldered.
