Customers Fault Description : Accidently went through the washing machine. New batteries in the unit but still not working.
This garage door controller arrived safely and on adding a power source was found not to be responding on any button press!
A component test was carried out and revealed that the visible LED was short circuit, a replacement was fitted and full functionality was restored.
