Customers Fault Description : lost remote found in shed 2 months later found it did not work took apart fitted new battery still didnt work tried it with cover off when pressing buttons battery moved and trolley moved for a second but then no joy which might suggest loose connection or broken wire. I might be completely wrong but thought i would tell you
This electric golf trolley controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be transmitting at all on any button press. On carrying out a voltage test it was found that the battery cable was at fault. A new battery cable and clip was fitted and full functionality was restored.
