Customers Fault Description : Remote and receiver only working at very close range.
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to only be transmitting over a very short distance.
This was a fault with the remote and was found to be the Ultrasonic Transducer. This was replaced and full functionality was restored.
