Customers Fault Description : LED APPEARS NOT TO WORKING
This Soundbar controller arrived safely and on testing was found not to be transmitting on any button press (it intermittently would respond on some buttons).
On opening the solder point on the IR led was not making a proper connection on one side of the PCB. This was resoldered and full constant functionality was restored.
