Customers Fault Description : Remote switching has simply stopped being operable not sure if handset or receiver though
This fireplace remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing was found not to be responding from the button presses (the receiver wasnt picking up the signal)
On opening there was a problem found with the voltage input due to some dry joints. These were resoldered and when tested again the spark relay would respond as well as the flame up / down buttons.
