Customers Fault Description : Not working :-( Tried changing the batt.
This Canton Soundbar controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be transmitting on any button press.
This was found to be due to a faulty crystal oscillator. A replacement was fitted and full functionality was restored.
