Customers Fault Description : Delayed or no response to up and down buttons. Battery seems quite loose when in position. Battery section cover not fitting well.
This adjustable bed controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a non responsive button. Both buttons were replaced and full functionality was restored.
