Paragon fire Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The buttons on the remote have stopped working and no longer igniting our Paragon gas fire. All batteries have been changed and still not working. The top left button is the one tjat has totally stopped working the other 3 are intermittent. Many thanks.
This paragon fire controller arrived safely and was confirmed to have intermittent / non functioning buttons. All buttons were replaced and full functionality was restored.
